Customers have up to 15 minutes after making a payment to cancel their order. During this period, the payment remains authorized but not captured, and the cancellation will void the transaction with no fees. After the 15-minute window ends, the order is processed and any changes must be handled through our standard refund policy. Some payment types may not support cancellation, and the merchant reserves the right to decline requests made after the cancellation window.
